Happy Easter

Navendu Mishra visits Bamford Grange care home for Easter.

This afternoon, Councillor Janet Mobbs and I visited Bamford Grange care home and delivered Easter eggs.

Jane and the team at Bamford Grange work tirelessly for the residents, and we were lucky to hear about their work this morning.

The past year has seen unprecedented challenges to all of our lives, but particularly for key workers, who have worked round the clock to deliver care and support to the public.

I pass on my thanks and admiration to all who have supported people during this difficult period, and hope that many are able to have a restful Easter break.

Whilst we look towards the summer and things begin to look brighter, I recognise that for many, there are still challenges ahead.

If you can, please consider donating to The Wellspring, Chelwood Foodbank or Stockport Foodbank

In the meantime, I hope you have a happy Easter! My office will be closed from April 2nd-April 5th, but please do contact me (navendu.mishra.mp@parliament.uk) if you think I can be of assistance, and your correspondence will be picked up as soon as possible.
